Elevated latency on Processing Pipeline
A configuration change caused increased processing latency for logs routed through the EU-West region. Average pipeline latency rose to 340ms (normal: <80ms). The change was rolled back at 09:47 UTC and latency returned to normal levels by 09:54 UTC.

Dashboard loading errors
A subset of customers experienced intermittent 502 errors when loading the dashboard. The root cause was a failed health check on two application servers behind the load balancer. Both nodes were replaced and the issue was fully resolved by 17:05 UTC.
